| How The Team Was Formed: The team was started by Chris Hallenday and only played in the USTA Campus Championship - Midwest in Wisconsin and no other matches. The next year Danielle Kruas took over the team and officially started the team in 2004-2005. Mission Statement: To create a lasting organization for tennis players at CMU for purposes of competition and recreation. More About The Team: In the normal course of a year, the team practices 2-3 times a week for 2 hours each time. We compete in various matches with other teams in the Midwest Tennis On Campus League as well as in the Badger Classic, USTA Campus Championship - Midwest, and USTA National Campus Championship. |
