| The University of Missouri - Columbia Tennis Club provides an opportunity for students to play tennis recreationally and competitively among each other as well as other university club tennis teams. Throughout the year, we have practiced regularly and played matches against other universities in Missouri. This past semester we traveled out of state for the first time. We started competing in tournaments in the fall of 2009. In our first year, we were able to place second in sectionals, qualifying us for the USTA National Campus Championship. This was a great result for our first year of competition and we hope to continue that success. |
