| The Villanova Club Tennis Team was founded in 2004 by Shelby Vojtech and Jess Hartzell. It was founded to provide a competitive co-ed atmosphere for students not on the varisty tennis team. The club has grown more competitive over the years while still providing a fun atmoshere for its 45 team members. The team competes in the USTA Middle States Club Tennis League and competes in both dual matches as well as traveling around to other universities to compete in regional and national tournaments. Recent highlights include the Battle of the Sections, the Citrus Invitiational, and of course the USTA National Campus Championship. |
