The leadership of the University of North Carolina-Wilmington's TOC team believe that one person can really make a difference, but when you work together, you can make a huge impact on others around you. Within a two-year period their team tripled in participation from 30 participants in 2018 to having over 90 currently. They’ve had strong leadership, organization, creativity, commitment, respectfulness, and pro-activeness. Through this they were able to achieve their goals, run the largest club tennis team UNCW has ever had, and create a competitive, yet friendly tennis community for students with similar interests to play higher level tennis during their college career.
